Robert
G. Androsiglio
Robert G. Androsiglio currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm. He has practiced in the area of personal injury, including liability defense and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Androsiglio has defended clients in lead paint exposure cases and premises liability cases. In addition, he has defended clients with regard to motor vehicle accidents for a major self-insured liquor distributor. Mr. Androsiglio has litigated cases in the Supreme and Civil Courts of the State of New York, the New York State Court of Claims and the District Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of the State of New York since 1991. He has extensive trial experience and has litigated many cases to verdict. He has also successfully argued appeals in the First and Second Departments of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in the State of New York.
Mr. Androsiglio obtained his undergraduate degree at Hofstra University and his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. He currently belongs to the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Association of the Bar in the City of New York.
