Thomas
J. Mooney
Thomas J. Mooney currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm. He has practiced in the area of insurance law, including liability defense, coverage issues, and subrogation matters since 1986. He has successfully litigated many matters through the trial and appellate levels.
Before joining Powell & Roman, L.L.C., Mr. Mooney was Of Counsel to the firm of Parsons, Powell & Lane, L.L.C. providing legal services in the area of subrogation and defense. Mr. Mooney has worked for private defense firms, and as in-house trial counsel for AAA MidAtlantic Group. He currently serves as a Court Appointed Arbitrator in Hudson, Mercer & Monmouth Counties.
